Q12. HOW CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?
Orders can only be cancelled in 24 hours after placing the order. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org to cancel an order. Any order cancelled after 24 hours will be charged with 30% restocking fee.

Yes, all our precious metals are purchased from government certified vendors and are marked for authenticity. We use 0.925 sterling silver, copper and solid gold metal to make the jewelry.
